Refund policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you had in mind. At Luella Paige, we are happy to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit in line with the below policy.

Change of Mind Returns
For change-of-mind purchases, we offer:

• Full refunds within 14 days of receiving your order

• Store credit or exchange up to 21 days from the date you receive your order

All returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition, exactly as received. Luella Paige reserves the right to assess all returns before approving a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale or outside the change-of-mind period.
