We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you had in mind. At Luella Paige, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit in line with the below policy.

Return Policy:

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition, exactly as received. Luella Paige reserves the right to assess all returns before approving a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Process: To initiate a return, please send your order to this address with a note stating your name, order number, and if you are after a store credit or exchange.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at luellapaige.co@gmail.com with “RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line within 10 days of delivery. Once we've responded, you must send us the tracking information within 3 days.

Costs: At the expense of the buyer
